Strong Minds Create Strong Communities
These values shape every session and every connection at Fleeting Moments Therapy.
Passion
Helping others isn’t just a profession—it’s my purpose. I am deeply passionate about mental health, healing, and witnessing the transformation that occurs when people feel truly seen and heard. I bring heart, energy, and focus to every conversation, because your growth matters to me.
Community
As a military spouse and advocate, I believe in the healing power of connection. I strive to foster a sense of belonging—not just in my therapy room, but in the world around us. Whether supporting first responders, veterans, families, or individuals, I am committed to building stronger, more resilient communities through mental wellness.
Commitment
I am fully committed to your progress and well-being. That means showing up consistently, doing the work alongside you, and tailoring therapy to meet your evolving needs. Your goals become my goals—and together, we move forward toward real, lasting change.
Growth
Healing is a journey—and personal growth is at its center. I encourage clients to explore, evolve, and embrace change at their own pace. I also stay grounded in continual professional development, so I can bring the most effective, evidence-based treatments into our work.
Honesty
I believe in authentic, open conversations. Therapy should be a safe space where honesty is not only welcomed, but essential. I practice transparency and sincerity, creating a space where you can trust the process and feel empowered to be your full self—with no judgment and no masks.
Team Work
You are the expert in your life—and therapy is a collaborative partnership. We work together to set goals, explore challenges, and celebrate victories. My role is to walk beside you, providing tools, insight, and support while respecting your voice and decisions.

Mental Health Is a Right, Not a Privilege
I believe that mental health care is a human right—accessible, respectful, and inclusive for all people, regardless of background, socioeconomic status, or life circumstances. Everyone deserves to be heard, supported, and given the tools to heal and thrive. Whether you’re facing daily stress, trauma, or major life transitions, your struggle is valid and your well-being matters.
My mission is to break down stigma, bridge systemic gaps, and create a safe, welcoming space where care is not a luxury—it’s a lifeline. Because emotional wellness should be within everyone’s reach.
